In a large frying pan saute in medium fire the onion and the garlic cloves with a bit of olive oil. Add the beans and the spinach and stir constantly. Add the artichokes, fresh dill, milk and Violife grated original. Continue stirring and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the mix in an ovenproof dish, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 οC for 15-20 minutes.
