Steam cauliflowers for 10-15 minutes and then place in a food processor to blitz.
Place into a towel and strain removing all excess moisture.
Place the drained cauliflower in a large bowl, then add ground chia seeds, coconut flour, salt, garlic and dried oregano. Stir well to mix.
Place mixture on a lined baking tray, opening it up into a circle.
Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
Add your toppings and Violife Mozzarella Flavour Grated.
Bake for another 5-10 minutes.
