3 slices of pineapple

1 banana

250ml almond milk

1 knob of ginger

2 tsp maple syrup

1 tbsp chia to serve

Pink Smoothie:

50ml grapefruit juice

1 mango

200g strawberries

150ml coconut water

3 tbsp agave syrup
