Directions

In a large bowl add the seedlings and the radishes and marinade them with olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Spread a layer of Violife creamy original on each slice. Add the seedlings and radishes on top. Finish off with chopped dill.

6-7 fresh radishes (sliced)

50g bean seedlings

Extra virgin olive oil

Fresh dill
