Sandwich with Violife Slices with Chicken Flavour

Directions

For the Spread: Combine the olive oil, honey, mustard, salt, and black and red pepper together in a glass jar with a lid. Replace lid on the jar and shake vigorously until thoroughly blended.

Cut the sandwich in half and apply the mustard spread on both sides of the bread. Simply add the Violife with Chicken Flavor slices and the greens. To make a lunch out of it, accompany with fried sweet potatoes.

1 gluten-free whole meal baguette (or any other bread of your liking)

Wild rocket and iceberg (or any other greens of your liking)

Mustard 1 tbsp. honey

Olive oil
