Vegan Burittos with Violife Cheddar Flavour Slices & Violife Creamy with Hot Peppers

1. Chop the green onion.

2. Slice the avocado.

3. Shred the lettuce.

4. Chop the tomato.

5. Slice the pepper.

6. Cut the Violife slices with cheddar flavour in skewers.

7. Mix together the beans and green onion and mash slightly with a fork. You don't need to overdo it - it's fine when some of the beans remain their texture.

8. Season the mix with salt and pepper.

9. Spread the Violife creamy with hot peppers on each tortilla.

10. Place on top the beans and onion mash, avocado, lettuce, tomato, red pepper and Violife Cheddar flavoured skewers. Make sure they're not too full so that you can still roll them.

11. Making the burrito: Fold in the sides and roll into tight burritos closed on all sides.

12. Place them seam side down into a frying pan and grill over medium-high heat for around 3-5 minutes until brown and crispy. Flip around and grill for another 3-5 minutes.

200g Violife Creamy with Hot Peppers

2 store bought gluten free Tortillas

100g black beans

½ green onion

½ avocado

2 tsp corn kernels

2 leaves lettuce

½ medium fresh tomato

½ red pepper

salt, pepper
