Vegan Greek Bougiourdi

In a tray, place in the bottom the Violife Greek White and on top of it the sliced peppers & tomatoes.

Top it with a pinch of dried oregano and drizzle with a bit of olive oil.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 10 to 15 minutes.

Remove the tray from the oven, Let it cool down for 5 minutes and serve with slices of gluten free bread of your liking.


200g Violife just like Feta

1 green pepper, sliced

3 small tomatoes, sliced

½ chilli pepper, sliced

Dried oregano

Olive oil

Gluten free bread for serving
