Preheat your oven to 220ºC. Place the potatoes on baking paper. Rub a little olive oil all over them and add the Violife with Herbs strips. Season with a bit of red and black pepper. Cook for 20 minutes in the oven or until it melts and the potatoes are a lovely crisp brown.
For a faster option, first prick the potatoes with a fork. Continue as above, then microwave on high for 10 minutes until soft inside.
