In a large frying pan saute in medium fire the onion and the garlic cloves with a bit of olive oil. Add the beans and the spinach and stir constantly. Add the artichokes, fresh dill, milk and the Violife just like Mozzarella Shreds. Continue stirring and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the mix in an ovenproof dish, and bake in a preheated oven at 380oF for 15-20 minutes.
