Directions

Preheat oven to broil.

In a large bowl, smash avocado flesh until smooth.

Add garlic, coriander, lime juice and smoked paprika.

Layer one Violife just like Cheddar Slices onto each slice of bread and place in oven.

Remove bread from oven when toasted and Violife just like Cheddar Slices have fully melted.

Evenly spread avocado on toast; sprinle with chia seeds and layer with grated beet.

Layer sprouts on top and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Season to taste.

Serve open faced.

4 Violife just like Cheddar Slices

1 large ripe avocado

½ medium beet

1 garlic clove, minced

1 handful of sprouting seeds (alfafa, quinoa etc.) to taste

1 tsp chia seeds

juice of 1 lime

½ tsp ground coriander

1 dash of smoked paprika

small handful of pumpkin seeds

2 slices of wholegrain bread

balsamic vinegar to taste

salt & pepper to taste
