Bruschetta with Roasted Veggies

This flavorful bruschetta is a wonderful appetizer to impress your friends with. It’s simple to assemble and delicious. Be sure to memorize the recipe because your guests will certainly be asking for it!
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place Diced Bell Peppers and Sliced Zucchini on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and thyme. Bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, slice bread and top with Violife Just Like Cream Cheese with Herbs; add the roasted peppers and the zucchini slices; and top with halved Violife Just Like Smoked Provolone Slices.
Bake for a further 15 minutes, garnish with thyme, and serve.
