Directions

Lightly toast bread.

Spread 1 tbsp of pesto per slice of bread. Top with a Violife Just Like Smoked Provolone Slice cut in half.

Place 3 cherry tomatoes cut in half on top.

Lightly sprinkle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Finish with with a pinch of salt and pepper.

6 slices of Organic Sprouted Whole Grain Bread (or any bread of preference)

15 cherry tomatoes, halved

6 tbsp organic basil pesto

Extra virgin olive oil

Balsamic vinegar

Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
