Directions

Slightly toast the bread.

Spread a tbsp of pesto on each bread slice. Top it with one slice of Violife just like Smoked Provolone cut in half and 3 cherry tomatoes cut in half.

Sprinkle with a bit of olive oil and balsamic vinegar and add a bit of salt and pepper on top.

6 Violife just like Smoked Provolone slices, cut in half

6 slices of organic whole meal bread (or any other bread of your liking)

15 cherry tomatoes, cut in half

6 tbsp organic basil pesto

Extra virgin olive oil

Balsamic vinegar

Salt & freshly ground black pepper
