Flatbread Pizza with cherry tomatoes and Violife Just Like Mozzarella Shreds

A quick and easy alternative to the Italian pizza. With a crispy flatbread base full of delicious herbs and a juicy colorful topping, this pizza is perfect for sharing with the family.

Mix the ingredients for the dough together, cover and set aside for 10 minutes. Roll it out into an imperfect circle and bake for 3 minutes on each side. Pulverize the tomato and spread it as a base, top with the grated Violife and the cherry tomatoes. Grill for a further 5 minutes at 200°C. Meanwhile season rocket with some olive oil and a pinch of salt and serve on top of the pizza.


For the pizza base

200g wholemeal flour

100ml water

2 tbsp olive oil

50ml almond milk

A bunch of Mint leaves

A bunch of basil leaves

Oregano sprigs

A pinch of salt

For the topping

100g Violife Just Like Mozzarella Shreds

1 tomato

12 cherry tomatoes

50g rocket
