Fruit and Νut Christmas Βiscuits with Violife Just Like Cream Cheese Original

Use Christmas shaped cookie cutters and shiny sprinkles to turn this recipe into your favorite biscuit recipe! Kids and grown ups will love it.

In a blender, mix together all the ingredients for the biscuit base and shape into a ball with your hands. Place between two sheets of baking paper and using a rolling pin, flatten until 1cm thick. Cut out the shapes using one smaller cookie cutter, on half of them. Place in the fridge to cool whilst you prepare the filling. Mix Cinnamon and Violife Just Like Cream Cheese Original together and set aside. When biscuits are firm, remove from fridge and spoon 1 tbsp. of the creamy mixture onto the base of each biscuit, covering with each biscuit with a hole in it. Add sprinkles and some icing sugar and serve!


For cookie base

3/4 cup cashews or pecans

1 cup dates

3 tbsp. cocoa powder

1 tbsp. cinnamon

1 tbsp. maple syrup

Cookie Cutters

Pinch of salt

200g Violife Just Like Cream Cheese Original

2 tsp. cinnamon
