Fruit and Nut Christmas Biscuits

Use Christmas cookie cutters and shimmering sprinkles to turn this recipe into your favorite cookie recipe! Kids and grown-ups will love it.

In a blender, mix together all the ingredients for the biscuit base and shape into a ball with your hands.

Place between two sheets of baking paper and using a rolling pin, flatten until 0.4'' thick.

Cut out the shapes using one smaller cookie cutter, on half of them. Place in the fridge to cool whilst you prepare the filling.

Mix Cinnamon and Violife Just Like Cream Cheese Original together and set aside.

When biscuits are firm, remove from fridge and spoon 1 tbsp of the creamy mixture onto the base of each biscuit, covering with each biscuit with a hole in it. Add sprinkles and some icing sugar and serve!


For cookie base

3/4 cup cashews or pecans

1 cup dates

3 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 tbsp maple syrup

Cookie Cutters

Pinch of salt

Ingredients for filling

1 package Violife Just Like Cream Cheese Original

2 tsp cinnamon
